Three minds

Todays lecture will be short and to the point.

Though you should be able to reflect on it after you leave.

In the great work which this movement promotes. It is of prime necessity for us to change, that is carry on where nature left off and utilise the will to power  towards the superior level of the superman.

To do this we must understand ourselves in all subtleties and grossness.

Looking at the mind esoterikly we see three.

That is the sensorial , middle and inner minds.

The sensorial mind is what we use on a daily basis this gathers all the information for the mind to process and utilise. It stays at the gross level of the physical senses.

The middle mind comes next, this is where we start forming the more abstract ‘thoughts’ especially those of a philosophical and religious nature. Political etc.

The problem with these two levels is that they are governed by the EGO’S, therefore any work that we put into the cultivation of them only ends up in complicating our existence instead of gaining the freedom we should have. In these minds we only end up with dogmas and intolerable restrictions, differences that cannot be reconciled.

The inner mind is something entirely finer and superior.

The inner mind is free from the influence of the EGO’S because it is the very BEING itself. So what we need to achieve is the domination of the baser animal minds to the inner purity in this way we yield the answers to the  mysterii’s of life and death.

When we read a book we must meditate on what we have read, this way we get the truth of what has been written, the inner meaning of the words.

We then gain emancipation from the shackles of the intellect, and a profound freedom on an important subtle level.

Here we enter into a generall discussion and we discover that some warrior scientists are having a problem focusing their concentration during the days activities neveralone meditations. So we re-impart the importance of the SOL teknique and non-identification of external events not to mention internal ‘chatter’. [ which we should not enter into any ‘dilogue’ with ]

We recommended a simple breathing tekniue to brother ‘ ……’ to help with his daily practices.

Four times a day at waking

                               10 am

4         pm

and before retiring to rest the physical body

Face the east either standing or sitting whichever is preferable,

place hands on waist , take a series of deep breaths holding for as long as possible then release. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Concentrate on the heart.

Do as many ‘reps’ as is comfortable.

After a short demonstration set, said brother felt a little giddy an was instructed to keep the practice within his own specific range of domination.

See you all  next  meeting,

Till then kaoswarbrothers,

Von sol.
